390 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using 390's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 390 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("User") and 390 as the platform operator ("We" or "Company"). These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 390 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts suspected of belonging to underage individuals.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 390 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, phone number and any other details requested by 390. We reserve the right to require identity verification at any time through valid supporting documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact 390's support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account use arising from the user's own negligence.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the 390 platform are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent activity or conduct that could harm others is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your login credentials or allowing another party to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, game manipulation or collusion with other users.
- Uploading or distributing content that is harmful, misleading or infringes on third-party copyright.
- Attempting to access 390's internal systems, databases or technical infrastructure without authorisation.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 390 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 390 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay and online bank transfers via major Malaysian local banks. We do not accept cash payments or payments through methods not listed on the platform.
Deposits are typically processed within a few minutes to 2 hours depending on the method selected. Withdrawals will be processed within 1 to 3 business days once the request has been verified. 390 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawals above certain amounts.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and up to date. 390 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect information submitted by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limits & Special Conditions
390 reserves the right to set deposit and withdrawal limits based on a user's account verification level. Users who have not completed full identity verification may be subject to lower transaction limits. Any credits or bonuses awarded by the platform are subject to their own terms of use as specified in the relevant offer.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
The 390 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system failures or cyberattacks beyond our control.
Where our liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Malaysian law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the 390 platform are the exclusive property of 390 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 390.
Account Suspension & Closure
390 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, illegal activity or for security reasons. Should an account be closed due to a terms violation, any existing balance may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal through 390's customer support channel within 14 days of the closure date.

Notice of significant changes will be displayed on the platform within a reasonable period before the changes take effect. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
